Ready to leave Saskatchewan.Migrated from South now gathering in groups to fly south.Spent summer in Saskatchewan and eaten lot of earth worms and raise juvenile now time to leave and escape from Saskatchewan harsh winter season.

Sandhill Crane
Waiting anxiously for Sandhill Cranes to migrate through Saskatchewan. Some bird sites already showing there appearance in Saskatchewan.
Also I will be lucky if able to see Whooping cranes this fall.

Looking for warblers
I went out today looking for warblers in Saskatoon area no luck.I saw many warblers last week and of different varieties.I hope a second wave is on the way and will see warblers like orange crowned warblers. But I got good shots of Chickadees and nuthatches in Saskatoon.

Red breasted nuthatch a fast and furious bird and can feed from your hand which is amazing.
